Last night, until 1am, Gabriel stayed awake without crying. He just wanted to be talked to. Then he spent the second half of the night with his mom, and I think everything went well, but we didn’t get a chance to talk this morning.
I’ve just been to see the doctor.
As Gabriel had a slight fever episode yesterday and has had patches on his skin for a few days, they started an antifungal treatment yesterday, which will last several days.
A blood culture was also taken yesterday, and the results should be in in four days.
If it’s negative, then he can start his second pulsotherapy.
Other than that, Gabriel is pretty stable. They’re trying to gradually reduce the oxygen, but he’s still having trouble maintaining a good saturation, which is why they’re considering this new pulsotherapy.
