Last night was a little more restless for Gabriel. On two occasions, his breathing became more difficult, with visible exertion becoming more intense and his saturation dropping to around 90%. He is still being helped by a high-flow cannula, and at such times the teams increase the air pressure and/or the amount of oxygen to help him breathe more easily.
Each time, these adjustments have helped Gabriel regain his balance. The doctors keep a close eye on his chest to make sure he doesn’t get too tired. Their aim is to preserve his energy and prevent him from going backwards.

Gabriel was very agitated at the beginning of the afternoon.
He’s also a little swollen, probably due to slight water retention, despite the fact that he’s urinating well. A new treatment has therefore been prescribed to soothe him: espironolactone.
According to the doctor, her breathing seemed to improve during the day.
That afternoon he was fast asleep.
A second pulsotherapy is being considered.
