Conforme o caso, a equipe m\u00e9dica pode indicar corticoides, certos antibi\u00f3ticos de uso prolongado pelo efeito anti-inflamat\u00f3rio, medicamentos inalat\u00f3rios, fisioterapia respirat\u00f3ria, oxig\u00eanio ou ventila\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o invasiva, acompanhamento nutricional e calend\u00e1rio vacinal completo.<\/p><p>Na crian\u00e7a pequena h\u00e1 um motivo de esperan\u00e7a: <strong>os pulm\u00f5es continuam crescendo por anos<\/strong>, e em parte das crian\u00e7as os sintomas diminuem com o crescimento, embora a les\u00e3o dos bronqu\u00edolos permane\u00e7a.
