1) The functions of the liver and kidneys are lacking, but it is ‘repairable’;<\/p>\n\n
2) The lungs continue to improve, even if they’re not yet at their best<\/p>\n\n
For these two reasons, the ECMO will be removed in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n
