The old tubes become deformed over time, and we end up with a whole series of adapters, so we&#8217;re going to start again with a new one.   <br\/>And it&#8217;s for the best, because I remind you that our magnificent health plan hasn&#8217;t allowed us to have a nurse or care assistant.
