It was repositioned, which stabilized the saturation between 90 and 92.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 The doctor also changed Gabriel&#8217;s position by placing him on his stomach to improve lung expansion.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 A second X-ray confirmed that the tube was properly in place.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Complete analyses (PCR, blood count, blood gases) were initiated at 5 AM.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Temperature at 36\u00b0C and low blood pressure were observed.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc89 <strong>Transfusion &amp; infection<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 A blood transfusion was requested during the day due to severe anemia (low hemoglobin, very low erythrocytes).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 At 9:25 PM, the transfusion had still not been done.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 PCR results decreased from 233 to 83.5 mg\/L, indicating that the antibiotic treatment is working effectively.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 The blood culture remained negative, meaning the infection seems localized and has not spread to the blood.
