Regarding respiratory parameters: the oxygen concentration was increased to 30% because his saturation was a bit low. At the same time, the PEEP was reduced to 6 cmH\u2082O. PEEP (Positive End-Expiratory Pressure) is a setting on the respiratory machine that keeps the lungs open between breaths to prevent their collapse. It’s an important indicator of the minimum pressure exerted on the lungs. It was previously at 8, which was a bit high; 6 is a normal value, which is reassuring. <\/p>\n\n
