I also saw a small lady from the hospital noting on her WhatsApp everything that was not good in terms of hygiene. Notably, the used gloves on the floor. I told her she was absolutely right! <\/p>\n\n
As I approached Gabriel, I noticed that the cable of his gastric tube was passing right in front of (almost inside) his eyes. <\/p>\n\n
I asked if this was a new fashion?!<\/p>\n\n
A nursing assistant came to reposition it (without even disinfecting her hands). I reported it to the doctor! <\/p>\n\n
The head of department thanked me for the letter I gave to everyone yesterday.<\/p>\n\n
We often talk about football with the security guys, and thinking about it this morning…
The doctor informed me today that a neurologist has been consulted to evaluate a change in sedative.
Also, we’re starting another week of antibiotics. The pulse therapy would then be considered for next Friday (+1 week compared to the initial plan). <\/p>\n\n
His blood tests are correct, and his lungs are stable (atelectasis in the upper right lung, and in the lower left).<\/p>\n\n
Finally, the doctor mentioned a bronchoscopy. This is a procedure that involves inserting a camera through the mouth to the lungs to observe and, if necessary, intervene. This could be scheduled in 2, 3, 4, X weeks? <\/p>\n\n
Until then, we now wait for Friday.<\/p>\n\n
