The site aims to <strong>bring information together and create a space for mutual support among families, patients, and healthcare professionals<\/strong>.  <\/p><p>The platform makes it possible to <strong>share patient stories, ask questions, access medical resources (medications, care, specialists, hospitals), and find useful links to studies, associations, or support groups<\/strong>.
