Run by the <strong>Hope For Gabriel<\/strong> association, it brings together families, patients and healthcare professionals to <strong>break isolation and advance knowledge of the disease<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As of September 2026, the community counts <strong>more than 25 patient stories from 8 countries<\/strong> and <strong>more than 90 listed healthcare professionals<\/strong>.
